Installing the All-new Mazak Machine

Perhaps the most exciting development of 2017 is the arrival of a new MAZAK machine at EulessAero. Already the subject of many articles like this one, and this one – the machining cell has also garnered national notoriety. Television show Innovations with Ed Begley Jr. will be airing an episode with an entire segment devoted to the new MAZAK cell. In its fifth season, the series “is dedicated to bringing viewers the most up-to-date, cutting edge information across a vast array of industries.” EulessAero, an Aereos division, will be featured alongside other fascinating technical marvels of the day.

Relief Outreach

While there is much to celebrate from 2017, tragedies also hit a number of places in the United States, notably Houston and Puerto Rico. Aereos employees dedicated time, energy, money and goods to those who were affected by the slew of hurricanes in the year. From a successful donation of necessities for displaced Houston families to an outpouring of compassion to those affected in Puerto Rico – Aereos employees went above and beyond to help others.

Atlas Aerospace, an Aereos operating company, was in the path of the storm – but as soon as everyone had returned to work, they began efforts to send relief supplies to their neighbors to the south. A key Aereos value is that of being “Authentic,” treating customers, and each other, with genuine respect. The actions of all our Aereos divisions to assist in those dark times show exactly that.

Worldwide Conference Exhibition

Aereos was proud to exhibit at many aerospace industry conferences over the year, including MRO Europe 2017; AP&M Europe; the ALTA, CCMA, & Aircraft MRO Conference; MRO Americas 2017; MRO Africa; MRO Russia; and the annual ACPC held in San Diego. We are just as excited for the upcoming year’s shows. Be sure to visit us in April in Orlando for MRO Americas where we plan to unveil some big changes for Aereos.

One exciting area of growth for our family of companies is the amount of new business Atlas Aerospace is experiencing. To give our customers better value we have added a new Director of Sales. In addition, we are redefining our sales regions. Focused on providing the best customer service for their clients, Atlas is also diligent in adding new accounts in order to bring the best service to all.

Airline Component Parts Focuses on DER Repairs

Greater numbers of aerospace industry leaders are choosing DER repairs. These repairs cost less and are a convenient alternative to OEM components.
