Marina Barrios, Atlas Aerospace, is on the committee for the 2019 ACPC Aviation Networking Forums.
The four day event includes various business and social agendas for purposeful networking. Aereos division Atlas Aerospace has been a corporate sponsor of the ACPC for several years. This year, ACP and Aereos Interior Solutions are joining them in corporate sponsorships as well. Additionally, three key Aereos employees are volunteering at the event, including Claudia Fernandez of Atlas Aerospace and Sherry Hosier, from the Aereos marketing department. Longtime volunteer Sandra “Marina” Barrios, also from Atlas Aerospace, is on the committee overseeing Sunday’s Aviation Networking Forum (ANF), the highlight of the conference.
The ACPC has several keynote speakers and professional development sessions throughout the four days beginning on Saturday. There are several meet-and-greet sessions scheduled, private sessions, and public networking forums. There are also a number of social events throughout the weekend including dinners and dances, a golf tournament, and a charity auction to raise money for The Aero Club Foundation of Washington.

Sherry Hosier, Aereos Marketing is volunteering at ACPC 2019.
William Montgomery, Partner with Aereos, said, “This is a fantastic event, and we are honored to attend with so many other aviation leaders. This is a highlight of every year for Aereos.”
Along with donating to and participating in the charity auction, Aereos will be visible throughout the weekend. On Sunday, each division’s ANF booth will be handing out aviator sunglasses and having drawings for a number of smart home products, including Ring Doorbells from Amazon, and Amazon Echo Dots.

New product offerings from Aereos Interior Solutions will debut at the 2019 ACPC.
Aereos divisions, Airline Component Parts (ACP), Atlas Aerospace and Aereos Interior Solutions are four of the 766 supply-side companies attending. Representatives will be on-hand throughout the weekend to discuss the numerous Aereos offerings, including FAA-Approved repairs, state-of-the-art aerospace manufacturing and sublimated galley equipment. Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to stop by each of Aereos’ booths to talk with company’s experts about the latest capabilities.
“The conference began years ago to allow smaller suppliers and airlines an easier means of introduction to the industry,” explained David Baker, partner at Aereos. “It has grown year after year and we are honored to return.” Attending with Mr. Baker will be Sherry Hosier, from Aereos marketing. Fran Hume will attend for Aereos Interior Solutions along with Paul Kenny and Andrew Eros. The ACP contingent will include Lee Ann Scott and Keith Lindsey. About ACPC 2019
The structure of the ACPC is primarily a networking meeting between the Airline Purchasing Representatives and Supplier Company Representatives. The conference provides both a business and social agenda, and with this mix, everyone has the opportunity to develop relationships, as well as learn concepts that will aid them in everyday business decisions. All the functions at the ACPC provide an atmosphere that nurtures friendships, strengthens business and gives everyone the opportunity to develop relationships.
The advantage of attending this conference for the airlines, is the ability to meet more than 700 supplier companies in one setting. An airline attendee can meet more suppliers in the four days of the conference than they would have time to see in their office in an entire year. They also have the opportunity to meet their peers from other airlines and discuss issues, which are of interest and develop relationships that may prove vital in solving everyday problems.
Suppliers have the opportunity to meet airline representatives from all over the world. They take advantage of the low conference fee and introduce their company to airlines that may be too costly to travel to. Suppliers also have the opportunity to meet other companies that might be developed as potential customers.
